RTCA is divided into seven regions, covering the continental United States. Each region
is represented by directors, which act as ambassadors from the National Office and
liaisons to the local councils.

Regional meetings, consisting of Chaplains and council members, may not occur
annually, but they are encouraged and supported through grants from the National Office
for qualifying councils.
