White Horse Fellowship members are individuals and organizations that demonstrate their concern for the horse racing industry’s workforce by partnering with RTCA in one of several ways:

A gift of $20,000 or more for a five-year membership

• In-kind support of goods, services, or real estate, the value of which is $20,000 or more

• Naming RTCA as a beneficiary in a will, trust document, or insurance policy

Membership in the White Horse Fellowship is also accompanied by the privilege to vote for a White Horse Award candidate each year. This has been the tradition of the fellowship, and why the two initiatives share the “white horse” label.
